Product Introduction
Tower-mounted tension fasteners are critical fittings in high-voltage transmission lines, used to anchor tension insulator strings or conductor terminals to steel towers. They bear the full tension of conductors while ensuring electrical continuity. This product series includes two core components:

Tension Clamp Fastener: Used in dead-end towers and angle towers where tension is concentrated, transferring conductor tension directly to the tower through anchoring fittings.

Suspension Clamp Fastener: Applied on tangent towers for suspension support, providing reliable mechanical restraint while allowing limited conductor movement.
Manufactured from high-strength forged steel or aluminum alloy with hot-dip galvanization for corrosion resistance, these fasteners offer high tensile strength, excellent fatigue resistance, and flexible installation. Their design complies with tower structural dimensions and mechanical load requirements, effectively dispersing mechanical stress, preventing conductor slippage, and ensuring line safety under extreme operating conditions.
